Patrick Au Yeung

A 30-Year Journey of Transformation

Starting in the hotel and catering industry in the 1980s, I progressed from Executive Chef to hotel management in mainland China, experiencing the mainland business opportunities of the early 1990s. Although my initial entrepreneurial venture failed, these experiences led me to pursue a new business direction in Hong Kong. In 2002, I established Dynamix Coaching & Consulting, and ten years later expanded into Dynamix Media, dedicated to spreading positive energy through training and media platforms. Despite facing setbacks when trying to transform into Onespecialday.hk in 2015, returning to corporate training allowed me to put all my past experiences to good use, making team spirit training our specialty.
